This is how it works:
During the first 10 weeks you will get new practices to explore each week that you can do at your convenience. After that it is integration time, you can choose yourself for how long you want to enjoy my support and the inspiration and power of a women’s circle! Together we’ll make sure you reach your goals and finally feel at peace with all of who you are - body, mind, heart & soul!
There's a simple layout for our self-care practices for the first 10 weeks: 1 daily practice (10 minutes), 1 weekly Hatha yoga workout (35 minutes), 1 weekly guided practice (15 minutes) and 1 live Q&A call (30-45 minutes).
All the practices are short & sweet and will make sure that you get a transformational experience that feels pampering at the same time!

Learn to do shamanic journeys without guidance and set up a daily self-care practice that you will just love!
Week 9 - Bonus practices
Here I share a shamanic meditation with you that will help you to connect to your power animals and spirit guides without having to undergo a full shamanic journey. Another practice will help you to get to the bottom of your bodily aches and pains.
Week 10 - Self-care masterclass & Deep Dive Sessions
The masterclass will help you to map out your personal self-care practice from now on. The 4 deep dive sessions will focus on body, mind, heart & soul. You will find out where you are at, where you want to go and how to get there.After the first 10 weeks you have more time to enjoy the practices, our weekly lives and the inspiring atmosphere of our women’s circle, to ask all your questions & get support on your journey to making your whole life feel delicious!
As a bonus you are invited to participate in bi-weekly moon rituals to let go of what does not serve you anymore & welcome in what you want to experience instead!
