Sometimes it can be so hard to fall asleep! This meditation will gently carry you off to sweet dreams and help you to experience a full night of restorative sleep. A full body relaxation, release of negative emotions and ankering of positive thoughts and images are underlined with soft music that gradually fades into silence as you peacefully drift off to sleep. Recommended practice for the best results: every evening at bed time, lying down, ready to sleep. Full length: 37 minutes.
